I set fire, to the rain

So after seeing all the reblogs on Tumblr and hearing how fantastic it is from other people, I finally started watching Sherlock today.  I, am HOOKED!  OMG!  I've only watched the first episode, and I'm waiting on the second one to load right now, but seriously folks, OMG!  I am in LOVE!  I have a feeling that Moffat will be killing my soul, but that's not unusual with Moffat.  But yeah, I'm just watching Sherlock, and just chilling and taking it easy.

They canceled my shift at work today, because we got no freight in.  And I'm frustrated.  Cause I'd like to work again, someday.  Though one of my managers did say that hours would be picking up around Valentine's Day, so here's hoping.

So, last week, I had my jeans on the floor, and I was going to look for something, and I stepped on my jeans and heard a CRACK!, and I'm like "WTF is that?" so I reached into my pocket and felt around and pulled out my debit card, and it was split right in two.  Whoops.  So lesson is, don't put your debit card, in your pocket, on the floor.  You never know what'll happen to it.

Actually, I have another funny debit card story.

I was at Nicole's house for the first time.  And I was getting dressed the next day, and felt around in my pockets, and it wasn't there.  So I looked in my purse, and Nicole looked in her car, and we looked in the couch cushions, but we're not finding it.  So I was took my boots out of the room I was in and was like "Alright, I'll look in here, maybe it by chance fell in here.", so I turned my boots over, and low and behold, my debit card fell out of my boots.  I have no idea how it got in there, but I thought it was just really funny, but I was really happy at the same time.

So be careful of where you put your debit card!

I'd go get a new one, but I'm actually waiting until season 3 of Veronica Mars gets here.  I know it's already debited to my account, but I don't want to deal with that, just in case.  I've actually been pretty good with my money this month.  There's a lot of stuff I could buy, and want to buy, but I don't feel the need to buy, and I'm trying to restrain myself.  So, I figure I can look, but not touch.

Speaking of that, I need to go amend my Amazon Wishlist, I've gotten a few things off of there in the past few months, more so stuff from other stores.  I haven't bought anything from Amazon in quite awhile.  Which I'm really proud of myself for.

Now I'm just rambling, and have no idea where I'm going with this.

I'm gonna go check on Sherlock, and see if it's loaded.  If it's not, I'll continue to wait, if it is, I'll watch it, and then go to bed.

Once when we were getting ready to leave on an out of state road trip my card came up missing. I knew it had to be somewhere, but finally gave up and cancelled it. about a month later I was reorganizing my bookshelf and found it in a Narnia book. The book had been in my purse, and I'd taken it out before the trip not knowing that my debit card had fallen between the pages.

Oh no! I'm always afraid that's going to happen someday! I lose it, cancel my card, and then find it later.
